The sales person, Jason, bullied me. He gave me inaccurate information that I am sure was intended to boost his sales. I asked for the FREE alignment check. He told me they only do the alignment check if I am prepared to have the service completed that day if it is needed. He said that all vehicles are usually out of alignment. I declined to have the alignment completed that day for 2 reasons; I was appalled at Jason's tactics and did not plan for the service on that day. Jason told me that "not having the alignment done at the time of purchase voids the manufacturer warranty". I read manufacture warranty and he lied. Are your service people trained to say this? I purchased 4 tires for my car 2 weeks later at America's Tire. Not likely to recommend Big O ever.

Great prices on my tires but 2.5 hours for a set of tires and was told another 2 plus hours on alignment. Smh.... ice would not recommend or go back to this store.

Service was the absolute ultimate in efficiency, professionalism and courtesy. Daniel Ortiz is the definition of excellent customer service as he was informative and gave such confidence in Big O Tire services. Typically when one needs to have their car serviced, there tends to be trepidation anticipating a more than expected expense. Daniel was straightforward about what was needed and what was not needed. I was relieved. Definitely, I felt like a valued customer and would never hesitate to have my car serviced, there, along with recommending Big O to friends. Thank you for this exceptional experience. Daniel is definitely the Ambassador you want to have at Big O. Thank you. jack

I was a multi-generational customer of Big O Tires, Pleasanton for 16 years. We moved to Santa Rosa and came to the Santa Rosa location for tire and oil service for our two cars. The customer service in the lobby has been fine and our cars got the work done that we needed but was never the same professionalism that I was accustomed to. For example, carpet protector sheets were not used so there were black boot prints left in the driver's side at pickup. Though that was annoying, we still continued to get serviced by Santa Rosa. My recent experience was upsetting and disappointing and we will not be returning customers to this location. Last Wednesday I phoned the store to make an appointment for oil and tire rotation for Saturday 8AM. I specifically asked the store clerk if I could drop off the car outside of business hours and he said I just need to fill out the paperwork at the Drop Box and leave the keys. I did the Drop Box paperwork and left the car overnight requesting for the car to be ready at 11AM on Saturday. On Saturday12 Noon I called the store to check in to see if the car was ready. The store clerk wasn't aware of our car appointment and they didn't check the Drop Box that morning. He stated "you have to make an appointment and arrange ahead of time to use the Drop Box"�. The clerk then told me that they would retrieve the keys and service the car that afternoon. That afternoon we didn't get a phone call on the status of the car and by the time I realized that we hadn't gotten a call the store was already closed and was closed on the following day Sunday. We have two children under 6 and with all the family logistics needed to get the car using our spare key. It is now Monday morning and I'm writing this review to make management and customers aware of this awful and unprofessional experience. I will never recommend Santa Rosa Big O to anyone who needs reliable car service.

Damaged my wheels on my Tesla, took twice as long as it should and I did not get the tires I originally wanted because the sales guy did not know the products he sells. LOUSY! I will never go back. And this is the second time you have asked for a review. Why did you not respond or follow up on the last one? Don't send me any more reviews.

Local company doing business with them for years

I made an appt for balance tires (free service because I bought my tires there) and asked for them to just check the alignment. There was only vibrating, not pulling, but decided to just have it checked while there. I waited two and a half hours after my appt before they finally finished my car, (watched every man who walked into the business after I did, get serviced ahead of me and leave while my car sat and did not get touched. After every man had been taken care of ahead of me and my 2:30 appt, and there was just me and another woman left in the waiting room, they call me over and tell me car is ready and the balance was really bad and the alignment was really bad, charging me 130.00 for the alignment. This I found to be fishy because alignment had been checked a year prior and was perfect, no pulling in any direction, same as it was when I drove it into the shop. When I went to drive the car a couple of days later the steering is pulling really bad to the right, so much so, I brought it right back to the shop only to be told I would have to wait until everyone was taken care of ahead of me because I didn't have an appt. I waited 2.5 hours when I had an appt, then waited 2 hours again when they screwed up my alignment and I brought it back to right what they did wrong. This is totally unacceptable to me. It's OK to make women wait 2.5 hours past their appt, but men are treated like royalty and pushed through while we wait. Oh, and I did not ask for a 130.00 alignment to begin with, just a check. So I'm doubly mad.

Took my car in for a set of new tires and alignment adjustment. Gave them two hours to complete the job. They called me and said it was done. When I picked up my car I asked to see the alignment print out to see the "corrections" that were made. Immediately I noticed the print out showing that my car was in worse alignment then when I bought it in. The manager noticed my compliant and didn't even apologize or acknowledge how unprofessional that was. They would of let me leave there shop after making my car's alignment worse. Shady business practices! Also after 30min waiting for them to fix what should of been done, I come out to my car and notice a bunch of white flakes from their old floor mats they put on my seat. They left it completely a mess after i had just cleaned my car the day before. Surprised this store is even still in business.

I went in for a "Free brake check." I got call to say that my front brakes needed to be done and a motor part was broken that needed to be fixed. I honestly don't know anything about cars. I asked to think about to and speak with my husband before making any decisions. The person i spoke to said that my car was already taken apart and if i can call my husband now to make a decision. I explained that i was on my lunch hour. He told me that there would be a charge to put car back together. I felt the pressure and said ok to do it. I honestly did not feel good about it. I had my rear brakes done 2 yrs ago at another shop and it ONLY costed me 300 dollars. I ended up paying you 900. I will nver go back to Big O Tires. And i don't recommend it

They were fast, they were reasonably priced and did a thorough job. They were able to get me scheduled in just a couple days time to do a CV axle replacement and confirmed that I also needed my control arms replaced on my car.
