There is a Big O Tires less than a mile from my home but I choose to go to this specific location because of the Manager Jason. He is the best leader, really cares for his people, his store, and most of all us customers. I have been going to get my oil change, alignment, tires, every and anything that happens to my cars to get fixed at this location for the past 2-3 years. Amazing customer service. Amazing. I am a business owner myself and I appreciate when other's go above and beyond for their clients too. I have referred many people over the years and will continue to do so. Huge shoutout to Jason for having your garage filled with USPS trucks!! There are DOZENS of places they could have gone, and I know for a fact that they went there BECAUSE OF JASON. He rocks. Y'all are lucky to have him.

I have been a Big O (other area) customer for years. I was to Santa Rosa a couple times for several hours. Got what I needed done. A smile and a simple greeting goes a long way. I did not take anything personal. Everyone got equal treatment. I most likely will drive back to my previous store. Suggest you send a secret shopper to get feedback.

Best Big O service of any outlet in the last 15 years.

Blake charged a white male $60 for a diagnosis but me $70. I was shocked to be charged more as a female. I couldn't trust anything he said after that. To be fair I had a positive experience with other Tecs.

The problem was quickly identified and the time frame for repair was accurate.

I know that Jason has the highest intention to help people and he's very knowledgeable but he can be aggressive when a question is answered or he feels he's got to talk down the customer from what they're asking about

I have a 2016 mustang GT premium convertible with 16000 miles. I picked up a nail in my front tire sidewall. So knowing I needed at least two new tires. After shopping around online I discovered that no one had my tire size in stock(265/35-20 perelli p-zero summer) So I decided to go to your Santa Rosa store and see how soon they could get the tires for me. Turned out the only tire they could get in next day was a continental extreme contact, (not my first choice.) Other wise I would have to wait a week. So since the tire was losing 10 psi overnight I pretty much had to go with it. I was told they would check my alignment and only do if it was absolutely necessary. I dropped car off on Friday morning and was told tires should arrive at around 10:00 am. Received a text at noon that my car was done. I would like to make it clear that Jason Tostado helped me Thursday afternoon and Friday morning. He was wonderful and even had a few laughs at a customer who insisted on replacing his own struts and was in over his head. He called several times for advise and finally asking if they could finish the job. I have to deal with homeowners who think that by watching a few DYI shows they know it all so it was entertaining to see that other professions deal with the same thing. Back to my story, when I picked up my car Jason was out to lunch I think. The gentleman who did help me was very short with me and made me feel rushed. I paid my Invoice of $842.29 for 2 $261.95 tires. I noticed notes hand written on my work order and when I asked about the alignment he just said ,"they had to do one." then walked off. My invoice was a copy of my estimate for the most part, no alignment paperwork, no warranty information and nothing about what ever notes the tech, had written on the work order. Every time I've ever had an alignment done I have always received before and after specs. That and the fact your company says an alignment starts and ends with a test drive and that tires must be properly inflated( they were @40,36,38 and 34psi,) and the mileage had not changed from when I dropped it off leads me to believe I paid for services that were not performed. But that's not the worst of it, my car is black and I keep it looking better than new. I use a duster and wipe it down with a combo spray wax/detailer almost every night. I am anal about my cars and trucks. I didn't do it Friday night because I was exhausted by the time I got home. When I did do my normal wipe down late Saturday afternoon I noticed a crease in my rear quarter panel around the wheel well. This damage is consistent with either hitting it carelessly with the wheel and tire or setting car down on a unmounted tire. either way I know beyond a doubt that Thursday night that damage was not there and unless someone broke into my garage and damaged it(which I can say did not happen otherwise it would have been on my security cameras and alarm would have alerted me,) so had to happen at your shop. I have not been able to go down and talk to Jason because of my work(I've been out of area on service calls,) but I am hoping to be back in time to see him tomorrow. Please feel free to contact me with any ideas on how to resolve this matter. Brent Paulson (707)536-6427

I dropped off my car to get a full set of new tires before the pandemic. I got a set of the Michelin Dynasty tires. I asked them to take special care of my tires because my dad died in a car accident when I was 11 because our tires were put on wrong. I was in the car so I have a lot of trauma around tires. The very next day, I was driving on the freeway and my check engine light came on. They did not fill up my tires with air correctly. Soon after, I felt like the drive was terrible. Worse than my stock 40,000 mile tires. It didn't make sense. I took my car in again to the Big O on Santa Rosa Ave. 4th St Big O didn't balance my tires correctly. Now, I am bouncing around everywhere in my car. Were the shocks messed up? Everyone told me these tires were amazing, and you can barely feel the road. Can I get a refund when the pandemic is over so I can take my car elsewhere?

Terrible service. Price I was quoted over the phone prior to making appointment was different and I had to argue to receive the quoted cost. The following morning after my new tires were installed I had a flat tire. Beyond disappointed. This is in addition to the employees not following the social distancing procedures.

Convenient, good customer service, and nobody is trying to up sell me.

Despite having a scheduled appointment, no work was performed for an hour and a half past when my appointment was scheduled for. The last time I brought my truck in, it sat in the parking lot all day with no work performed.

I’ve had a slow leak for some time. It was fixed at no charge and I received good advice on options when I’m ready to replace tires including recommended tires for my Leaf. Will definitely return to purchase tires.

I had a brake change and after a week I came back because I had a noise and they checked my car again and they didn't know how to find the problem, they even said it wasn't related to the brakes and they sent me to the dealer where I bought my car to claim it as guarantee and that was what I did and there I was diagnosed that the breake pads were not compatible and that was where the noise came from and I had to pay for the brakes again

Sorry to say but my experience was not at all good. My oil change took 2 hours 45 minutes. I got no receipt and no inspection report. My vehicle smelled of burning oil for a week. My coupon was also not accepted for the time it took.

Look up Daniel Ortiz, all employees here are very good at what they do but Daniel goes over and beyond. I've always had a good experience here.
