Worst service ever. I had to ask them to help me. Two managers were sitting in the office talking and just ignoring me. I asked twice if they could help me. It was near closing and it felt like I was interrupting thrm.

Super professional, clear and quick! They always treat me like I was there first customer. I just needed to check the low tire pressure gauge, which was free and they treated me the same as when I bought a tire from them. I’ll be coming back for sure!

I cannot express the feeling of exasperation I experienced at the BIG O Tire store on 4th street in Santa Rosa, I was left to wait in the reception room from 7:30 -8:00. I expressed my desire to have someone look at one of the tires because of the warning light. When 8:00 came a customer burst through the door and was going to take my place. Thankfully, the agent/owner? aked the man to wait that I was first in line. The agent knew why I was there, but he acted like he did know or care (mostly) that I needed to go to work, was late (at that time) and just wanted a quick look to see if there was a nail. After discourteous (I thought) treatment, I became a little disgruntled saying that no I cannot leave the car I have to go.... The agent was rude to me because I was showing my agravation at having to answer all of his ridiculous unnecessary questions and wasting time. He gave me back my keys. So I wasted all of that time.

Although I have gone to the store in the past, when I called a couple of weeks back, I was put on hold to be transferred to the store by someone everdently not associated with anything other than selling tires. I decided to wait to talk to someone, but after 10 minutes on hold, I decided not to go back to Big-O In the near future.

Took my vehicle in 3 times for the alignment to be done after installing tires, the technician couldn't not get my steering wheel centered. I will have to go somewhere else

I came in for an alignment and tire rotation. The quoted 1 hour appointment took 1.5 hours. I was late for a meeting after because of this. Not the end of the world as long as the service was done well. I had this done because we were leaving the following day for a 1,000+ mile trip. I have spent the first 500 miles with my steering wheel 10-15 degrees to the right in order to drive straight. Very frustrating to pay good money for an alignment and not have it done correctly to center the steering wheel.

I had an appointment which I made online. I called and confirmed the appointment on the phone. When I got to the store oh, they had no record of my appointment. After a fairly long wait, they did take care of me.

I got a oil change and they didn't even top off my fluids. There was no notes on the paper they gave me to show the work they did. Also a gentleman said he would inspect my car to entail if there was anything wrong with it. He never got back to me and there was no notes!

I had set an appointment for 12:30 to install 1 tire and 2 hours later my car still in the spare. The store is going through a remodel, but still the work bays and parking lot were littered with debris. Prior to my appointment, calls to the shop went unanswered. This is a 180 degree turn from my experience with the previous owner.

I purchased the 2004 Chev. Tahoe from a mechanic friend of mine who works at local Chevrolet dealership. He told me that everything was fine on the vehicle except that it needed an oil change. I took the vehicle in for an oil change and a front end alignment. They changed the oil; however, the counter person told me that they could not do the alignment because it needed ball joints, an idler arm, and a pitman arm assembly. They also told me that I needed new tires since they were weathered cracked. The tires are in very good shape and there are no signs of cracking. I took the vehicle to two different garages and they both said that there was no need for the parts in question. I had the alignment done without any issues.

The salesperson, Daniel Ortiz, was professional and friendly, and the technician, Gilbert Padua, did a good job rotating my tires. This location is also convenient to where I live.

I initially came to have a screw removed from my tire! But I also was going to have tire rotation and oil change. Only after returning home from a 90 min visit did I notice the screw still in the tire and no tire rotation preformed!! On returning to shop they quickly recognized there error and fixed the problem! Not impressed!!
