My initial visit was fine. I had a screw in my tire. I was taken right in and had it fixed supposedly. I say that because I went out to my car 5 hours later and noticed the same tire that I thought was initially patched was flat again. So I called back after that and got someone that didn't initially help me that morning. He was friendly and apologetic but kinda also tried to deflect the shoddy patchwork off his employee by saying he usually does a thorough job and that I probably ran over another object to make my tire go flat. I dont believe this is the case. As I had to take my tire, for a second time, to get fixed and that technician said the screw was still in my tire. So all I'm asking is that someone needs to make sure everything is 100 percent before getting sent on their way. Otherwise I had no other issues. Thanks if you read this.

I brought my truck in on a Saturday for a scheduled tire repair, alignment, and oil change. I was contacted shortly thereafter and informed that unfortunately, my tire wasn’t repairable. I had plans to go out of town for the weekend and ultimately decided on purchasing a new set of tires so that I could still make my trip. Unfortunately the type of tire I wanted wasn’t available so I called around to see if anyone else had it in stock. Travis Paasche called me right back to inform me that they did find the tire I wanted in stock, but in a slightly larger size that was still compatible with my truck. Travis said they could have them installed along with the alignment and oil change and still have my truck ready in two hours so I could make my trip. Travis also worked diligently to recover my Big O account that had expired and made sure I had all the paperwork I needed to submit for the $50 rebate. Travis was professional, friendly, and went out of his way to facilitate excellent service. Travis and his team really made my whole weekend and I got a surprise set of really nice K02s also. Thanks Santa Rosa Big O Tires team, you guys killed it!

I've been a long time customer of Big O Tires, and have used them before and will probably use them again, but I wasn't pleased with my last service experience. I scheduled an appointment to have new tires installed. When I made the appointment, I was told that installing new tires would take about an hour. I had planned to wait for my car, since I live some distance from the store, and it was only supposed to be one hour. When I arrived at the store, I was told that I also needed an alignment so to expect about an hour and a half, but they were running a little behind since a couple of the technicians had family emergencies. But they would get me in just as soon as possible. It took 3.5 hours before my service was complete. I was waiting the entire time. I wish I had been given that information after I checked in or even better been called ahead of my appointment so I could have made other plans. (I gave my contact phone number when I made the appointment.) I didn't have the time to wait, but wasn't informed as to the progress either. I was given a $50 adjustment on the price of the tires, alignment, and installation and the offer of a free oil change in the future. All of that was nice, but didn't really compensate me for the huge inconvenience.

Front desk staff needs to keep customer informed of wait time. I was there for 2 1/2 hours. If I had been told how long it would have been, I would of left my car. When I started checking in on the delay I was told "a few more minutes"�, then 15 minutes later "it will be 5 minutes"�. Finally got it 15 min later. Front desk staff need to be more attentive to lobby. People were left waiting for over 5 minutes. Perhaps putting in a bell or something would help. I'm not disappointed in service but customer service could use some attention. Lots of competition out there!

The billing was unclear. I had a coupon and the end price didn't seem to match up. Trying to figure disposal fee and taxes still didn't balance out. Waiting room area was nice however there was a spill that wasn't cleaned up. Invoice said 4 tire rotation. I bought a 5th wheel from your store and is now in the storage area in the trunk. One of my wiper blades was recently replaced, however the other needs to be. I have it in the trunk, but there was no mention of needing to replace it, or that they were different. These discrepancies make me wonder if the tires were rotated and balanced. Make me wonder if I should continue going here.

I came into the store to get my Lyft Inspection. They were nice, polite, cordial and respectful. They charged me approx. $28.00 for the inspection. I believe they did a good job. Less than 20 minutes. They are more than twice what Pep Boys in Rohnert Park charges ($13.50). Were they twice as good:No. Were they willing to match their competition: No. I let you be the judge. While they were nice, I probably would not go back to them unless Pep Boys is closed or I do not want to drive the 10+ miles from Santa Rosa to Rohnert Park.

Had to wait 90 minutes even when I made an appointment 3 days in advance. They hadnt even started on my vehicle until I said something after an hour of waiting. Otherwise I was happy.

i came to santa rosa, because the sebastopol store no longer meets my needs I was very disasatifed with sebastopol and decided to try santa rosa..........I am glad I did I will continue to bring my cars there for service....thank you

I always relied upon big o to give honest information about what my car needed, what was essential and what was optional or could be deferred.I was always treated as if my business mattered. Until this last visit. A clearly inexperienced front desk person (he could't operate the computer and required help from a clearly frustrated manager several times) proceeded to scolod me because I haden't printed out my discount cupon. I showed him the cupon on my I-phone and that nowhere did it say I had to print it beforehand. also, it said no appointment needed and I had extended them the courtesy of making an appointment. When I picked up the car I was told by the same unknowlegable young man that my car needed brakes and a battery,. He proceeded to give me an off the top of his head estimate for replacing discs and turning rotors, seemingly unaware that my car had drum brakes on the axale in question. "The mechanic happened to walk by during this exchange and advised us that the brakes were fine. Makies me doubt the recommendatioin for a new battery based solely upon cold cranking capacity. No further expolanation was offeed. I have never been so disappointed in Big O. I'm rethinking my loyalty. Let's see if this continues.

I can't figure out if your shop rips off young women in particular or unsuspecting consumers in general. Somehow your shop managed to take 0.6 hours to change a cabin air filter that didn't need to be replaced even though I was able to change the same cabin air filter in less than 10 minutes and I am not a mechanic. I understand a reasonable markup, but increasing the parts cost by over 100% above retail price is a bit ridiculous. I sent my daughter to your shop because my local Big O Tires is respectable and does not push unnecessary repairs. Your conduct is not only deplorable, it borderlines on discriminatory. Unless, of course, you rip everyone off and not just unsuspecting females.

I made an online appointment to have four specific tires installed on my older Chevy Astro van. When i arrived at the scheduled time, the customer rep could not find any record of my appointment. Apparently, the vehicle was somehow mislabeled as a Chevy Camaro -- obviously, not a van. Although the record of my appointment was finally found, the tires were not there. They could not even order them even though they were shown as available online. I finally was steered towards some alternative tires that I did not know anything about. I could not research them as I had the tires that I had originally chosen, so I had to trust the customer service rep. He said it would take 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours to install and do the alignment that he vigorously pushed. I came back 1 1/2 hrs. later. It was not done. I came back 2 hours later. My car was finally on the rack but it was not done. I came back 3 hours later, and it was still not done, although my car was finally off the rack. They were waiting for the alignment machine to be freed up. As far as I was concerned, my van should have taken priority. I had mentioned at the beginning that I was interested in applying for the Big-O credit card in order to get the $50 discount (debit card, mailed separately). The customer service rep never prompted me about it, and I had to ask at the time of payment after everything was done about getting the card and charging my purchase to it. That took another 10-15 minutes. It could have been done while I was waiting when I came back after 3 hours. Totally terrible!
