Big O Tires

Service was done fairly quickly. Staff was very forward in seeing if they could provide more services, outside just tire rotation, and oil change, which I appreciate. I would like to get discounts coupons or just discounts when I add addition services. If you have discount coupons for the services that you can send to me, you are more likely to get me to expand my service on my 5,000 mile tire rotations. The new management and staff seemed on the ball, and friendly.

Danny, the gentleman who helped me was very friendly but more so than that came across very genuine. I keep going back to this location because of people like him.

Need to get better original copies of vehicle form from Lyft. Not very legible to photograph and send to Lyft. Tried marking 4's above but won't let me.

Daniel was so clear about what my car needed and went above and beyond with customer service. I trust him completely.

I have always had good service here. This time I came for tires but didn’t need them yet. They were honest and I really appreciate that!

They tend to run behind on appointments so plan on dropping off your car versus waiting. Third time here with Groupon oil change and luckily I planned on dropping off as each time I was warned they were behindAs far as work, they seem ok.

I had a flat tire. I have used Big O tires previously.I feel confident in their skills and fairness.

I come here a lot. I usually rate this store 5 stars. Sadly this time I cannot. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment check. Oil change- good Alignment- good Tire rotation: listed as done on paperwork. It was not done. I know this because the service person pointed out that I had a cut on my tire. The tire was still in the same location. My tire pressure indicator came on from a screw in one of my tires and I saw all of my tire were low. The paper work showed that itvwas

Excellent service. They did what they said. And Edwin was very helpful on showing me where everything was under the hood. It was excellent.

I brought my car in on 12/28/19. It was determined that my coolant hose(es) were leaking. A hose connected to the radiator was also cracked. The required replacement parts were supposedly ordered from Ford in Napa. On Tuesday, 12/31/19, I was informed that Ford did not receive the order, as their computer system had been hacked. The needed parts were then ordered from Carquest. When the order arrived, the parts were not all the correct ones, so a new order was placed. On Friday, 1/3/20, I received a call that my parts were in, and the mechanic was beginning to replace the parts. Later that day, I called to ask if my car was ready. I was told that it would be ready towards the end of the day. A friend drove me to the shop at 5 pm. At that point, I was told that my battery was dead, and being recharged. After speaking with Aaron, the mechanic, we determined that the car s/b left overnight, to get a full charge. Raja (sp?) called Jason to ask if I could borrow the truck overnight. The response was "no"�. I had to arrange for another ride home, and then a ride back in the morning. Since the car was still in the shop, I ordered an oil check, and tire rotation. When I arrived, I was told that the oil change was complete and my battery was charged, but the tires could not be rotated due to the size of the lug nuts. I mentioned that I have been taking my car to you all for a couple of years, and that there must be a way to take off the lug nuts without stripping. Aaron came to the rescue with the correct tool. I finally got to drive my car out at 11:30. It was in your shop from Saturday to Saturday, 12/28/19 - 1/4/20.

I was greeted courtiosly and the job was handled in a timely manner. Travis is a friendly, competent employee.

Took all day for a flat repair, got an email that my tire was ready, not a call, when I showed up, the work had only been 50% completed. The rest was done while I waited. The repair held air so I can't complain too much, the price was good & I like Big O Tires compared to other shops, but, Valley Tire & Brake in woodland is my all time favorite.

I was so happy I was able to get my flat tire fixed without an appointment!

If you don't stop sending me these fucking surveys aggressively I'm going to hire a lawyer and sue the shit out of you. I don't want to honestly tell you about how I felt leaving your establishment after you finished my car. I felt gross and no I didn't get offered a free alignment, I paid for that. Shitty experience all around. Are you happy that you sent me this fucking survey several times now. You suck.

Very professional team while visiting Big O Tire. Communicated well and got the job doen quickly.

I had to come back to have a couple of things done that should have happened when I brought my car in two weeks ago.

I was highly satisfied because I was treated like a wanted customer, with courtesy, professionalism, and clear communication. It made the experience perfect.

I was quoted 99 dollars on the phone and was charged 130.
