Big O Tires

Thank you for the service, I was helped in a timely matter, the only thing is that the driver seat, the driver door arm rest and the steering wheel were duty, I have a white interior, but like I said, we were helped in a timely manner as it was a non appointment visit on our way to Oregon, the front person was very friendly and helpful, I did find couple of scratches in the right front wheel which I am sure was not there before, I wash the car by hand that is why I know, but I was told that could not have been the shop, not sure about that but needed to go on my way, overall I appreciated the service which enable us to go in our trip, if you want to talk to me my phone is 925 321-8837. The employee that helped me was Nick. I had a nail in my tire and he had it repaired that day, I didn't have an appt and it was late that afternoon. I did request an estimate for tires I would like in the future and he had a price within a few minutes. He was personable and I didn't feel like I was getting a sales pitch, which made me want to return. Thank you Nick Joni

Great customer service,HONESTY and price….

I was in for an alignment. I mentioned to Blake that I would like the tires rotated from front to back. The computer said that they had already done that a few days earlier when I had the oil changed. This was not the case. I have two different sets of tires on the car and could tell that they had not been rotated. What i am getting at here is that the mechanics should not just check off work that has "not" been done. This does not give me a lot of confidence in the work done now. I'm also concerned that my oil changes seem to be a different charge each time.

Highly satisfied with service and time it took for my service

Service and price was really good. The salesman seemed to be knowledgeable but he had to do a lot of explaining to the workers. Seems like a training opportunity. The showroom was very dark and cluttered. Looked more like a storage room than an inviting showroom where you can feel confident that your store is the right place to spend your money.

All the factory recommended service at a more reasonable price than the dealership. Theyn always let me know what is urgent and what can be reasonable and safely deferred. They are quick to cvorrect any mistakes.

I have never had a tire shop take such good care of me before. The man at the front desk has always been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will be coming here for all my services now. Thank you so much!

I got an oil change and tire rotation. The service was great and fast. The manager was personable. The only reason I didn't give them a five is because there was some grease on my steering wheel which came off on my hands. Wished they had worn gloves or wiped the steering wheel off before I picked up.

It was busy when I went into the shop and I waited to be checked in, I'm ok with this. Busy is usually a good sign. I was checked in, in a hurry. I was not offered a free alignment or a tire rotation or anything to do with my tires. I asked if there were any specials and he told me, no. I felt as if I was interrupting his day. He was not rude on impolite, just felt as if he had more important things to get done. /this was my second visit and the first was great, that's why I returned. I may not return because of the way I felt unimportant and not worthy of any other services offered. My brakes still squeak, I thought that was part of the service of the oil change and fluid check. I really did have a great first visit.

Needed two new tires and a alignment done and Jeff and his staff was able to take care of my car quick and without a appointment. Straight service and I was completely satisfied with the service.

I am not highly satisfied with the experience. I was surprised to see the total price as it was different than the one provided on the phone (taxes were not disclosed on the phone conversation) and I waited for the services to be done at a park right across the location with the promise by the Big O Tire clerk that he would call me and text me when the car work was completed. I waited 2 hours for that call or text. I walked back to Big O Tire and found my car had been parked outside for a while. The clerk did not even explain to me why I never got a call or text as promised.
