Big O Tires

Overall super happy! Only problems here is multiple phone calls to get the services I originally asked for to be completed. Bad notes? or communication? between team members? just a guess here? But as a customer I should not have to check and recheck, and repeat myself. Quality- great Professional and communication needs some work.

From calling to schedule my appointment to going in, had an excellent experience, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful very polite and professional. Great experience

Being a mechanic myself I am highly critical of work performed on my cars. That being said the employees of this shop went beyond my expectations in both professionalism and ability. Doing amazing things!!!

I really love this place. But usually I see smiles and positive energy. It's the reason I've been going back. I like to feel welcome and taken care off. This time new person seem too new (Purdy). Blake the tech was way too serious. No smiles shared with anyone. Not my best day at BigOTires. Hope to see improvement next time.

Everyone was very friendly and courteous. It took five hours for the work to be completed, but it was worth the wait. An oil change, new wipers and new brakes for the price was amazing! Thank you.

Initially I entered the location due to a low tire sensor. It was explained to me what the flashing low tire pressure indicator light was and my options. Your staff was courteous and polite. Your staff went above and beyond making me feel comfortable having the service on my vehicle.

Not sure if my tires were actually checked because when I took my car to the dealer, they said I need new tires!

My van was done early. I couldn't load my groupon code and Daniel was able to look it up for me anyway.

Billy, I've seen things improve greatly and have had no problem with their being communication after a service is completed.

Se bring both our cars here for check ups and tires. The guys are always helpful.
