The only unpleasant thing was paying the bill

Easy going, texted me when the service was done and only took like 45 mins.

I've had Big O do my tire work on all my cars for 20 years. I never think of another shop.

I am very pleased with the Rainun tires that were substituted for the LC tires that I ordered. However, I was disappointed to learn they were dated 1017. The price was right, so I'm not going to make an issue about it.

After discovering that there were some cross threaded lug nuts on my rear studs I came to Big O to see what they could do. Jason offered me to pay for labor if I payed for parts to get it fixed. I accepted and also had the techs change rear pads and resurface the rotors as well as an oil change.

Best tire buying experience by far

I came in after driving thru a large pothole and my front end was making a loud clunking noise- I had purchased new tires and an alignment in November and the sales assoc was nice enough to look it up and bring that to my attention and that they would need to re-align but it would be at N/C. They found the problem and tightened it at N/C! I was really pleasantly surprised!

when oil is changed, would like the sticker that they used to put in the windshield letting me know at what miles the next oil change is due.

Everything from beginning to end was explained to my satisfaction. Had a small issue & had to return my vehicle to investigate the issue. Was handled immediately & professionally.

Brought my Yukon in for a slow leak. They had it fixed and rotated the tires with a few hours.

Billy, The store is in the middle of remodeling, and the waiting area is much improved. I was assisted by Jason, Blake and the new guy, who is of hispanic dissent. He is extremely polite and helpful. Jason and Blake helped with my claim to Michelin, as I needed new tires, after only putting 28,000 miles on them.

Location is convenient. The price is very good for the quality of service. And staff is much nicer than before!

Greeted by the manager. Was a 20-year veteran in the in the military. We talked about our service to this wonderful country. Struck up a conversation with another another service member. Before I knew it my car was ready. Will always come to Big O Tires for my car needs.

I needed a repair. Daniel squeezed me in on a super busy day. Fixed it right away. Fast and so friendly.
