Big O Tires

One word: TRUST. I can buy tires anywhere, and all the shops basically carry the same products. I have come to this "Big O" location for twenty years because I feel like the owner is absolutely honest. On several occasions, he has talked me out of service that I did not need, losing money in the short term but gaining a loyal customer. If he says that I need a product or service, I feel secure that I am not losing my hard-earned money to up-selling. In addition, he is knowledgeable about his products and courteous in his approach. A tire is a tire is a tire. But this place really is a place that I can trust.

I needed to replace my tires right away. The associates at Big O Tires did not have the tires I wanted in stock but made it possible for me to get very similar tires on time for the scheduled appointment. They communicated clearly, understood my needs and were professional all the time. Their customer service is exceptional that is the main reason I keep going back to Big O Tires

I have used Big O now for about a year and I am very happy with their service. They are very knowledgable and friendly. They explained the benefits of nitrogen for my tires and now I use it and notice a difference especially with pot holes. I recommend this store.

Men were cheerful and the job was done quickly. Spacious waiting area and good coffee. Oil change was pricey, but receipt was explained at length without coming off as rude. Would visit again

Where to start? Every time I bring my car in for service it's almost like a fun experience. The staff, especially Daniel, are friendly, polite, knowledgeable...a hard working bunch. I can't think of enough adjectives. I've been bringing my 1998 Saturn into this shop for the last 15 years and the guys have kept me on the road. They do the work that was scheduled and if they come across something that needs future attention they let me know so I can plan for the work to be done. I was in on Friday 10/22 and the energy was so good that I left feeling on a kind of high. Great place!
