Big O Tires

I normally buy tires as Costco because of the price and service. However, I have found a new "home" for purchasing tires. When I called, David was very informative and helpful. They did not have the tires in stock, but I made an appt anyway to have other tires put on. (I WAS desperate!) He then called me back within the hour to let me know that the tires I originally wanted were in. The staff are professional, kind and helpful. I never felt like I was being pressured with an "up sell". Plus, I got a rebate and free rotation for the life of the tires. I am a very, very satisfied customer. Kudos to David!

Jeff helped me pick out some new tires for my Silverado. I needed a grippier tire that would be more stable while towing. He set me up with some coopper RTX tires which look great and perform excellently. The process was reasonable all around. They even delivered my truck sooner than expected. Great experience.

Big O 4th Street is not my usual location but they were able to take me in on a really busy day. I'm a loyal customer at the Santa Rosa Avenue location but was happy with the job that was done!
