the desk people were very nice and very help full. the tire I wanted was no longer available so she called me back with another tire that was just as good for a little cheaper price. the car was done in a short time. they were great.

Great service quickly done, good product. Owner made a special effort to accommodate my schedule.

I appreciated Monica’s service and her patience she displayed as I made my decisión about which tires to buy and recommended tire alignment. She seemed like a one woman team in handling other customers and calls at the same time! I hope she gets recognized for being as great that she is helping the customers.

Fast service (I came in off the street for a leaky tire. They got right on it. Reasonable price ($35.00) for work performed. The tech was careful with our vehicle. I appreciated his use of a torque wrench for final lug nut tensioning. The only “issue “ was my LF tire was the one worked on, but the receipt indicated the RF. Had I not observed the tech while he did the repair, this would have been confusing and concerning- did they fix the correct tire? Not a big deal to me, but I can’t speak for others. Overall, an good experience.

Daniel was the associate who helped me and I can't thank him enough for his service. I needed a new tire, but decided on my own to buy 4 new tires because I drive a lot for work. The tires I picked through the website were not available, but Daniel helped me pick tires that matched me lifestyle and didn't just upsell me for no reason. These tires were more than the original tires I wanted, but they also had a warranty, which Daniel explained to me, so I was sold. I don't know anything about cars and I am very appreciative of the thoughtfulness. After the new tires and alignment, my car feels brand new and I get the peace of mind when it comes to safety. Thank you Big O, but mostly thank you to Daniel! I am moving to Sacramento, but if I am ever in the area, I will be returning to this location for any of my car needs.
