Great service, great people

Jeff and Dave always take great care of my car. They always get me car in, at the time I ask for. Plus they get the work done quickly and let me know right away when my car is ready. And here's something I'll always remember; one time when me car needed more work then I had planned for and I needed to get on to work, Jeff loaned me his own truck to get to work and back. That both impressed me and touched my heart.

Having been evacuated from our home and as luck would have it the cars right rear tire went flat, probably as a result of debris from fire or evacuated. I was able to get the car about a block from Big O. It was early Saturday morning 4:30 when we were evacuated. After getting family and pets safe at our sons home I contacted Jeff at Big O. He was great. I didn't need anymore stress at that point. He assured me that he would take care of everything and he did. Thanks Big O and thanks Jeff.

Extremely fast service

I had a flat tire and a donut on my car. I called and asked if they could get my car in the same day and they took it right in and fixed for free since it was still under warranty.
