As with our previous visit, great selection, service and personal attention. Will continue to use for our tire needs.

I have a company car that needed service. it was noted that my tires were not good and the service tech would ask if we could get new ones. The call was made and new tires and an alignment were done as well as the original oil change. Thank you for noticing the tires and calling to secure the new ones. All done in about 3 hours.

Fast and efficient service as always. Very busy when I arrived, but got my tires and alignment in less then two hours. Thank You

I ordered a set of tires on line and when I got there, the technician that worked on my car noticed that the tires I ordered were bigger then the tires I had and that they would rub and not work. The technician and sales associate worked to find tires that would fit and got me a great deal.

I have trusted 4th Street Big O for years. They consistently provide top notch service and - when I am unsure of something on any of our vehicles - they tell us if it needs repair....or more importantly if it does not. They have never tried to unnecessarily do any work they could have easily said was urgent and required. That trust keeps me coming back - even though I have to cross three counties to get here. It is worth it.

I indicated that I did not new a tire rotation and only needed an oil change. They honored my request and got the oil and filter changed in less than an hour.

I'm so glad I found this place several years ago. They are very fast at getting any work done, they do all my maintenance for a good deal. Full range mechanics have taken care of every auto need in the last 5 years. Very nice guys with great sense of humor:) Extremely trust worthy, as they don't change my oil filter when not needed, etc.

They found a leak in my tire others didn't; will see if it is the only leak.
