Customer service was great. The wrong tires were ordered for my vehicle and the associate offered me a different set of tires at the same price as the original quote. That was a good way of resolving the situation. I was pleased with the new tires and the discount he offered me for having to come back a second day to get the tires installed.

I have been going to Jeff Wandel's Big 0 tires probably 20 years, Jeff and his staff are an authority on tires, brakes, etc. They always, get you in ASAP, which has always been the same day for me, You can count on, fast, efficient service and no pressure tire sales. Jeff and Big 0 are also very community oriented, they are always giving back to the community, the kind of locally owned and operated business, that you can feel good about going to. Thanks Jeff, for always being there, I feel like you take care of my family, my daughters, sister, brother and friends all count on you for caring for their cars

Did a lot of online/phone comparison shopping for the tires I wanted. One 'big box' store that I've bought tires at for decades is now suddenly 'online order only' and then '2 weeks out for installation'...... I called your store, Chris was most helpful & professional (kudos to him!), I got what I wanted, tires were in late the next day, got them installed the next. Saved hundreds!!

Convienance, friendly staff, competitive prices

Even though I arrived without an appointment and the shop appeared very busy (all spaces full), my car was ready in under 3 hours, including oil change, free tire rotation, brake inspection, and brake replacement. Jeff called me within 45 minutes to tell me the outcome of the brake inspection and texted me as soon as my car was ready for pickup.

Even before entering the shop or arriving on the property, my inquiry about a drop-in service for a tire change was met with very clear and direct answers over the phone. After speaking with both the mechanics and front desk staffing, I'm happy to say that this experience DID go SO SMOOTHLY. I will give this shop a 10/10!
