I came in from ukiah on my way to UC Davis to see my ex husband who was found dead on the street and revived who is now on life support. I made my appointment in the middle of the night and the men and women at Store #5288 were wonderful. I had called because I was going to be a little late and when I explained why I was driving from so far for an oil change they made sure to take care of me. They were caring and empathetic while maintaining professionalism, and got me out of there as fast as possible while still doing a thorough job. I will be driving an hour + for an oil change from now on.

I've been using the services of Big O on 4th street for well over 20 years. I keep coming back because the service has been outstanding. The staff are very honest and competent. They don't try to sell me what I don't need, but they take good care of me when I come in. I am very pleased with working with Big O!

Thoroughness and completeness of service resulted in scheduling a Dealer Service visit to replace a rear axle shaft that your store discovered. The replacement was covered under warranty, but was found by your staff. Great job, Big O!!!

This location consistently offers friendly service with quick appointments, good inventory, and fair pricing. We have 3 generations of family that only come to Big O for tires, maintenance, and oil changes. I gladly recommend this location to anyone I know in Sonoma County.
