The employees were just wonderful, kind, friendly, helpful, and attentive. I love being able to make an appointment and the company being on time. I also loved that they completed the job even before the estimated time. I had a great experience and I will be back.

they went a little above and beyond for me. I was having problems with my tires going low and I thought that maybe the tire sensors were malfunctioning. They checked it out for me, which was a above and beyond what I came for.

I trust Big O with my car. Ben and Tony always keep me informed on what's coming due on my car which helps me prepare financially. The mechanics are top notch. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

While driving on the highway, I got a flat tire. I called AAA for a tow. I called your store and asked them if they could help me and they said yes. I had my car dropped off at your location in Vacaville. As soon as your staff evaluated the tire they said it needed to be replaced and the reason. They assured me they could replace the tire under warranty. I also purchased a new tire for the other side. All went well and I really appreciated it. I worked with Daniel Fabanich and Ricardo M., they were great to work with and they represent your company well. They both deserve a raise and I will continue to take my vehicles to Big-O Vacaville whenever I need tires or tire service.

These folks are great. This was the second vehicle I've brought to this location for new tires and I'm glad to have returned.

Rico, was very friendly, advised me on the services I needed and the prices. explained the process, told me what I could expect. and then he fulfilled everything he said would happen.

Ben and the woman (I'm sorry, I forgot her name) were very professional and informative. I got exactly what I asked for, if not more, and paid exactly what they quoted.

I am not a big fan of the bait and switch schedule system online. You pick a date and time and you receive an automatic response saying there is an issue with your request. The next morning you receive an email saying someone will call. I called before they called me and set up an appointment for later in the week. Once there, all went well with the communication being great and the service was great as well.

When I arrived for my appointment there were several police cruisers in the parking lot arresting a man. I inquired what was going on and the rep said that the man came in to ask for directions and seemed to be intoxicated. He called the police. I was impressed with his actions. My son's father was killed by a drunk driver. I know first hand how drunk drivers destroy lives.

Knowledgeable, professional ,explained things very well,that a senior citizen like my self could understand.

The only reason I was not greeted at my car was because I was waiting at the door before the store even opened. I have dealt with Ben since the new ownership, and he is a pleasure to work with. Always greets me by name, asks how I am doing, always explains anything they find during inspections. A very fine employee you have. Tony is also a pleasure to work with.
