Our car died on the side of the road, two hours from our home. We had it towed to Big O on Allison Dr. during non-opporating hours. We filled out an early bird drop key envelope and went back home to Chico Ca. Monday morning we received a call and great news that the techs could help us out. We were able to pick up our car Monday evening. We really appreciate this team's customer service!

Very good job of balancing tires

Rico was calm and professional on the phone and in person. The work was done in a timely manner, and it appears to be well executed. My questions were answered clearly and politely. I have also scheduled a brake inspection for my other car based on the excellent experience I had.
