I had an appointment but was one hour late. The manager said he would try to fit me in their busy schedule. Within 20 minutes the service was complete and I was driving home!!! Excellent service. Since I was late, I knew I was going to be waiting at least an hour.

With a 15 year old car that is my Son’s car that he depends on for work and road trips, this service and the added brake work is very good piece of mind for reliability. Other oil service place will do just that and get you done and out.

Ben gave me a ride home and Unknowingly I lost my glasses in his truck. He showed up at my door to return my glasses. This is excellent service above and beyond my tire issues. Ben lives on the other side of town so went way out of his way to return my glasses. Best wishes to Ben and his family.

Professional and courteous staff

Two trips this week. First was our car for tire rotation and the next day I took our grandson's car for new wiper blades before the new winter storms arrived Very quick and efficient on both visits. Thanks

The service technician was very accommodating, even though I showed up without an appointment to have a flat tire repaired - which was completed free of charge! I purchased my tires at Big O, and will continue to be a customer in the future.
