Went in for new tires and a 100K service. A few items were recommended and performed. Have never had a vehicle breakdown due to this shop catching things before they fail. Thank You for the great service.

Ricardo researched the proper tire for or Tesla and looked at possible compatibles and prepared an estimate. When we decided to move forward he wrote up the order and scheduled an appointment that was convenient for us. We dropped off the car and it was complete with mounting and alignment in about 2 hours.

I was very satisfied with this visit to Big O Tires because since I first called to inquire about the products and schedule availability I was greeted in a timely and professional manner. The job was done in the time frame I was given when I scheduled the Service. I was also advised and recommend about an upcoming service my vehicle needed and I didn't feel pressured to include that service that wasn't in my plans for this visit.

Ben and Tony are always friendly and helpful with each visit. Took my Tahoe in on Saturday for an alignment and rotation. They reminded me that the 5 year plan that I had purchased with my tire purchase was expiring the following week and asked me if I would like to purchase a new plan, which I did. It's a great plan to help maintain and extend the life of my tires.

The customer service I received was great, the price and availability of the tires, installation, and service were made very clear to me before proceeding with the installation.

The people over at Big 'O Tire are extremely helpful in terms of helping the customer understand what went wrong and how to avoid it in the future.They took time out of their shift to show me the tire and what could have happened, at first we thought it was a pothole, but then after closer inspection, turned out someone may have tried to pop the tire with a knife.

Great customer service. Went in only for an oil change and asked them to check my tires and was told I 💯 needed to get new ones. Asked for them and they were discontinued but said they would get me tires that are comparable to what I have and said they needed to get them from their warehouse but could have my car ready that day. I’ve been going to Big O for over 15 years and very satisfied with them.
