Big O Tires

I am so glad I used BigOtires. I got a flat tire. Nobody could find me the tire I had/needed. All other stores were trying to sell me all four new ones. BigOTires found it instantly! Thank you Big O Tires!!!

The representative, Geddy in Walnut Creek, was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The service manager (sorry, can't remember his name) gave me good advice about my tires and the issues I was having. His advice did not pressure me into making a tire purchase, but I determined that was the appropriate thing to do, given the existing life of the former tires. Based on that, I was given half-off the oil change service I came in for, and now have a good set of reliable tires (probably will last me until I am ready to part with it) on my car. Thanks!

He also spent time answering a number of questions I had. Unrelated to my experience, I witnesses Joe taking great care of an elderly lady, who was unsure of what to do. My daughter owes him a thanks given she’s the one that over uses the washer fluid. Joe’s colleagues at big O were also helpful to me when Joe was unavailable making sure that I didn’t wait too long.
