The guys there were very helpful and informative and took my car at the scheduled time and got it done in a timely fashion also let me know of some additional things I need to get fixed and offered to fix them

Brian Googe did an outstanding job! He is very personable and knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. I felt I was in good hands. He made sound recommendations, which made sense to me. He had my safety as #1 priority. This is the 2nd time I have used this Big O location, and now I have had another positive experience. I bring my car here for all services and repairs because the staff is always courteous and they know my car. If they are not able to do the repair themselves, they outsource to make sure the repair is done, rather than give up and tell me to go somewhere else.

I was in dire need of a new set of rear tires. I had completely blown one but was unsure of the cost. Geddy took good care of me and told me they had payment options if I needed them and that people usually qualify without much issue. I was nervous about the condition of my rim, but in the end everything worked out well. Geddy reassured me that he would take care of me and he sure did.

They were very busy but friendly and gave faster than expected service and honest feedback about what repairs needed immediate attention and what can wait. Will be going back for sure.
