Joe Brainard helped me, and explained everything I needed to know in order to make an educated decision. He made it clear if I found a lower price that he would match it. I scheduled my appointment, but they were busy and my car was going to sit for a couple of hours, so I took care of some errands and returned. The time flew by! I was able to log into their Wi-Fi and get my work done. Whenever I had a question about the tires, the timing of the repair, or the protection warranty, Joe took the time to explain things to me, and didn’t mind if I asked follow-up questions. He made the whole experience as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend Big-O, and Joe!

I had an unpleasant experience at another tire store several months ago so when I got the flat tire, I decided to try Big O. Great experience and highly recommend them to everyone.
