I have been going to Big O Tires for about a year now and they are always very friendly when I come in, always greet you when you walk in even when they are with a customer and let you know they will be with you shortly. They ask if you have an appointment or walk in they are clear on what you want and are not pushy on services like other places. They always have good prices for oil changes as well as tires. They definitely know their stuff. I went in for an oil change to one of my cars and came with my other car because it had low tire pressure and they were so nice to add air to all four tires with out complaints. Really recommend this place, staff are always really friendly! Thank you Big O Tires in San Mateo!

I live near Bakersfield but i still go to this store when i am visiting the bay area. These folks are doing a great job!

Stephanie at the front of house was so pleasant, cheerful, and provided with a very nice sincere service. She understood the issue and went to work with it. Another employee (maybe store manager?) was greeting incoming customers and apologizing to them for the wait which I thought was very nice and felt like Big O Tires care. Thank you all for your effort and hard work! it really shows!

My technician stayed after hours to finish up the tire service for my car. I really appreciate his hard work. His name was Grant Carlson I believe.
