Alonzo is an amazing Manager and I couldn't expect anyone to be better at their job than he is. He makes you feel at ease and also like you will be safe with your vehicle afterwards and that everything was done PERFECTLY. I live around the corner on Lodato and have been going to this BIG O for almost 20 years. I feel better every time that I go, that things will be taken care of properly, especially when Alonzo is taking care of me and my two vehicles.

We needed a battery. The car stopped dead two blocks from Big O and they knew it was simply a warranty battery. They sent a technician to jump the car and drive it to Big O. They installed a new battery for the dead warranty battery. They made no $$ on this but they went above and beyond for us and didn't make dime one They did make us customers for life. The best tire-auto store in the county
