They were busy but they got the job done in really good time. There was a waiting room so I knew as soon as it was done they would notify me. They even asked me if it was ok that the tire didn’t match the other 3. Great service.

The service advisor i interacted with was Elliot Moore. I brought in my tesla EV for new tires and an alignment. He listened to me and addressed my concerns. Elliot was extremely helpful and patient with me. I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge. I purchased 4 new tires but had to do this in two separate trips due to my work schedule. Very accommodating.

The service was excellent and completed on time. All the service options were explained, and they provided me with the rebate form and documents so I could get the rebate.

The associate who helped me was very professional and courteous. She should be recognized for her performance. I forgot her name, sorry.
