Big O Tires

I finally received a confirmation of my appointment that I requested on the day of the appointment but before that I called to ask - the tech at the store didn't see my appointment but somehow it "popped up" as I was on the phone with him. Then it turned out the tires I requested weren't available despite your website saying they were. Thankfully the technician (Cameron) was able to order tires that would fit the car - he ordered them Saturday, they showed up Monday morning and got the work done that day. In the end everything worked out rather well but the experience from the website was not good - inventory was incorrect, information doesn't seem to be getting from the website to your stores' systems.

The manager Alonso is always great. He also trains his staff really well. They really take care of us (all 4 of my family get their work done here).

Alonzo provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and he made me feel like a valued customer. He is a true asset to the company.

Amazing service

I had a 9:00 am appointment for full service on my car. Forty minutes later I was out of there. I'm very happy with Big O!

Eleven years now that Jason and his crew have provided my whole family with quality service. Since Big O is the best, we need not bother with the rest.

The staff was knowledgable and it was very efficient. I didn't have to wait to drop off the vehicle nor pick it up. There was no surprises in the process and the tires look great.

There's no question that ranking higher than your competitors is a must. My visit for an oil change last Saturday (01-02-16) appointment and service was as schedulled.
