Big O Tires

I ordered tired ahead of time. I made an appointment for a tire change BUT it took 3 hours while I was sitting there waiting.

It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic. Jason and Sanjeev never try to upsell me on service I don't need and make great recommendations. I fully trust BigO San Mateowith my car.

Misleading ad on Groupon. Changed the deal amount during the visit.

Customer since 2012 and have had several services performed. I have definitely been pleased. Jason and Sanjeev gave great customer service. They were professional and competent. Their prices are reasonable and the company acts with integrity. I would not hesitate to use them again

Came in here one night 7 minutes tell closing time very fusturated and instead of turning me away they heard me out and refused to leave me stuck in my situation and helped me and I'm so very blessed for that cuz I would so be fired so thank you!

After driving by twice at different times on 7-30 and seeing your lot full, I tried one last time before heading back home to SF and it was less full so I took a chance and came in for a rotation. It was done quickly and I was advised that my rear brakes were 4-5 and would probably need replacing the next time I came in. Although I was tempted to get it done right then, Sanjev told me honestly that I could wait awhile more so I will...but because of his honesty, I intend to make an appointment with you guys to do it when the time comes. Just as I've been a loyal customer, I have appreciated your service and straightforward advice. And it was nice to see you now have a woman as part of your team.
