Big O Tires

I brought my car in for tire rotation. The tires were rotated but no one ever bothered to check my tire pressure. My tire were low on air by 10 psi. I figured something so simple, your technicians would have at least checked. Very disappointed!

I came in with a leaking tire. I was told that no nails or screws were found, that it was a corroded tire valve, everything had been fixed, and no charge for the service. However, after waiting for an hour and a half, I discovered later that day that absolutely nothing had been fixed, as my tire was back down to 25 PSI. I took my car into another shop the next day, where they found and showed me the nail in the tire, and patched it in 30 minutes for $20. Moreover, your rep tried to upsell me on four new tires instead of actually fixing the problem, claiming that it was needed because I had 55,000 miles on my car. It was not, as I had just taken my car in a few weeks earlier to the dealer for regular maintenance, and the mechanics there found no problems with my tires, including the wear on the treads. Nice try at ripping me off, guys, and thanks for completely wasting my time. Won't be coming back and will advise all to stay away.

Great service

I called requesting pricing on alignment and two tires and was told it would be 389 "out the door"�. When the tires were finished, he said that did not include tax or the alignment. He also took me over to the car to the front a boot on the axle, and then proceeded to push on it were some motor oil spilled out, Identifying the oil as grease, he said I needed to replace the boot. While the boot probably need to be replaced, I'm 90 percent sure that that wasn't grease falling out of the boot and this was some attempt to convince me of a problem. In the end he discounted something after my complaint on the quote and I ended up with a bill of 440 or something close to that.

Took 3 days to get car fixed with no calls to let us know it wouldn't be ready each day so to parts not being available. I totally understand them not being able to get the parts but no call to let us know and when I would call I'd get oh I ment to call you and once I got working on it now give me 2 hours called 6 hours later and got sorry ment to call you can't get part till tomorrow. Just terrible customer service

Jason my representative was extremely accomondating and helpful. He made sure I was still under warranty and check my car's previous records to make sure all items were aligned. He got me in and out very fast and carefully explained my alignment issues. Would be back again in two months.

I went tiene with my car just to get an estimate just for something went Aron with de aligment.car was in a good shape took so long.. Then next day my car dont start.coll them. An they treat me like a litlle girl. Ese very apset.beber ever came back. To this store.

I went in the store after experiencing horrible customer service from their competitor right next door not sure of what to expect. I was immediately greeted warmly by the staff inside. They entered my information, took a look at my car, and even joked around with me a little. My car was done within the time frame stated when i dropped it off and what a difference in service compared to their competitor next door. Recommend them highly!!

They promised me a time and they did not have it ready or call me ahead to make arrangements. I expressed that it was not fair to me. I picked up my rim and they did not help me put in the car and my jeans got so dirty. It was completely unprofessional.

I made my appointment, I got there one minute before, they took me right in, had my car history own the screen and checked in within 3 minutes. The other service rep was handling another customer who happened to schedule service at another location, the two behind the register tag teamed the customer's car to get worked on. The perfect blend of trying to be personable and not make us feel like a number while also knowing we want to get through the process as quickly as possible. The place was clean ...kudos to all.

First, the last time I brought another car they did not check the trans fluid as I found it a quart low. Second I came in at 8 and they said we don't start working on cars till 9 am. You don't start working until after coffee and donuts, what is this. Then I made an appt. for 11 am. Got in and they did not want to do a rotate of tires because the tread was low. They did not measure as when I asked to see a tire tread depth gauge they couldn't find one out of 5 workers and 4 salesman. Finally someone found one and it was just touching the yellow so they wouldn't rotate my tires. I will not come here again!!! Tried to sell me tires without getting a depth measurement. Next I asked for a price on tires and when I came back no price as they just didn't do it. HORRIBLE EXPIRENCE!

Absolutely LOVE the guys that work here. Their completely knowledgeable and take care of your needs and try to find you the best deal on parts. Great customer service, I bring 4 of my vehicles to them for all services. Being a woman, I have never felt like they have tried to rip me off like other places have. I love that the guys that have helped me there know my name and treat me like I'm their best customer. I see them do that with others as well which is one of the reasons for their GREAT customer service.

Waited for 4.5 hours for a patch In tire and oil change. Serviceman didn't even know if they removed a nail that I had seen in tire. He said mechanic didn't inform him. It was just all around bad.

Big O Tires is my go to tire & wheel shop - along with other Services I specifically avoid Wheels Works and Firestone - Jason & Grant are incredibly accommodating and honest. They have worked on my Porsche, BMW and both Mercedes and I couldn't be happier

Left my car overnight and I got a call early the next morning letting me know that my tire had arrived. I called later in the day around closing to check if it was finished, and they hadn't even started. Got to the store 45 minutes later (15 minutes before close) and my car was on the jackstand with a lot of guys standing around. Took the cashier 30 minutes to cash me out. Went to get in my car and noticed the wheel that had been replaced was filthy and there was lube all over the rim. They didn't even bother to wipe it off, they just let it sit there for 15 minutes while the cashier was answering 10 phone calls, making me sign 6 documents, and wait. But, hey, the store was clean so I guess that was a positive! Long story short, they had my car from open to close, and began working on it 15 minutes before close. I left work early just to stand around in the Big O lobby for 30 minutes, have the cashier struggle to cash me out, and watch the tire crew do a below average job.

Jason and his team are always there with a smile and for great quick work at a very reasonable price, I have been coming to them for my automotive needs for 15 years,

Andy and Jason were great and providing me tire options for my SUV, and ultimately settling on a good choice. They were able to get the tires installed and car aligned in just a few hours to meet my needs.
