Geary at your san Mateo store provided absolutely horrible customer service, he holds an arrogant attitude, he is not an honest person and he did the lousy job. I just spoke to him this morning to request to talk to a high-level manager. my phone number is 4154305339

I was at Big O this past week and, as usual, was given an update on repairs that my 2007 Infiniti would need.I always appreciate their prompt, outstanding service. The remodeled interior is beautiful.Customers finally have a wonderful place to wait while their cars are being serviced.

I had my car towed to the shop but one employee did not know this and called to tell me my tires were delivered and when I wanted to make an appt. I had wanted my oil changed and brakes checked, none of this happened. One employee said they would change my oil while waiting for my tires. They had to be reminded that the stem caps were missing, all 4 tires were at the wrong pressure, and several new nicks were on rims, just a sloppy installation. Also, the bathroom was filthy with urine all over the floor in front of the toilet.

I have complete confidence in the people at Big O to keep my car in exceptional condition. They check everything and answer all my questions. Everyone is very polite and the service is superb.

My car seat was stained, however I was able to remove it. My rim was scratched and the repair took twice as long as promised. This was by far my worst experience without doubt. The employee doing the repair couldn't have been any more careless, so much so I felt sorry for his employer. It was as if he was lost and could care less. Awful experience. Really poor quality workmanship.

I brought my 2006 Toyota Highlander in for an oil change and asked to have the brakes checked on 11/13/19. I was told the front and rear brakes, front and rear struts, spark plugs, and valve cover gasket needed to be replaced. I spent over $3,000, including tax to have all the work done. I was told my car would be ready at 5 pm. My car was not ready until 6:30 pm which meant I had to miss an evening class. I was given no advance warning about the delay and was also told to come back the next day for an alignment check. After less than 10 minutes from leaving the shop, the Check Engine, VSC and Tracktion Off lights came on. I tried calling the store but it was closed. It was dark and I had to drive to Half Moon Bay so I was forced to spend $25 on a Lyft ride to get home ($25). The next day, 11/14/19, I got a ride to my car and took it to Big O. the alignment was done and the lights were reset. After getting my car and driving away, I noticed a horrible noise coming from my passenger side front wheel and had to take the car back to Big O. Gary test drove the car with me and diagnosed the cause as a defective rotor. He said he would order the part and call me back. That was on 11/14/19. On Monday, 11/18/19, I called Big O to follow-up since I hadn't hear anything. I spoke to Alonso. He said the part had not been ordered because it was waiting on his approval. He said the part would be there later that day. I told him I would be in the next day. I brought my car in, for the third time, on 11/19/19. I was told my car would be ready at 2 pm. When I showed up at 2 pm, I could tell something was wrong. Nobody seemed to want to talk to me. Someone, who I had not been working with, was honest enough to tell me they were waiting on brake pads for my car. The pads had not been ordered. Someone had to go out and get them. I wondered if I had not shown up at 2 pm, if they would have known the pads weren't in the shop. I was told it would take an additional 45 minutes for my car to be done. Once again there was no advance notice about the delays. About 75 minutes later, my car was ready. When I asked Alonso if I could be compensated for my time since I wasted the entire day waiting for my car to be repaired due to defective equipment and a complete lack of communication, through no fault of my own, he said he had to talk to his DM, who was in a meeting. I couldn't wait around any longer, and Alsonso promised me he would call me back. He never did. Throughout the whole experience, I just wished someone could have been straight forward with me. Don't make empty promises. I spent a lot of money on my car. The work seems to be good at this point, but I just don't trust the front of the shop. And, trust is important if you want my continued business. If someone says they are going to call, then call the customer with good news or bad. Also, communication between the team seemed to be lacking. Someone dropped the ball, repeatedly, and the way things are right now, I will not consider using Big O again. Please contact me so we can resolve this.

Multiple employees new and in training and the supervisors and older employees/supervisor told new employee to reset my "maintenance required" light and walked away. The new employee didnt know how and didnt ask for help so i asked for him. Training employee parked a broken down rv behind my almost finished car so i had to wait an additional 45 minutes once my car was done

Took my car in for an oil change. I watched as they put the filter on BEFORE oil was finished draining. I watched as they put the drain plug back on BEFORE oil was finished draining. Drove half mile and stopped to check oil level - IT WAS NOT FULL!!! Had to ADD ALMOST. HALF a quart to make the full line on the dip stick!! I will not be returning to any Big O location or recommending them to anyone!!!!!

I used the synthetic oil change Groupon and the ad was misleading. It said $39 for $80 synthetic oil change. At store, the guy told me it's $100 for oil change so I ended up paying extra. From the ad it sounded like that I pay $39 Groupon and I was set for $80 oil change.

I"m from southern california, orange county. I don't think any comment or rating will be relevant because I had an emergency. I was directed to your place by Triple A and as a member, I was thinking I would get some kind of discount, but I did not. Thank you very much.
