Called the previous day to setup an appointment for oil change. They said I don't need. Showed up the next day at 9am. The staff said it will take 2-3 hours due to backup. Came back at 2pm still had not done oil change. Finally took the car inside for oil change got the car at 3:30pm. Drove off then discovered maintenance light was not reset. Drive back again and asked if they did the oil change. The guy said yes but was waiting to see if I agreed to change the tires because they recommended me to change tires due to tires on cracks which was minor. Try to up sell me before oil change. Today I discovered oil smudges on the car and a long scratch on my passenger side door looks like they bumped the car with a cart of some kind. Very unprofessional guys and seems like they didn't care. This is my third and last visit.

I originally just came into your store for tires, and I had been referred to a Jaguar specialist for the suspension and brake work. After I had them do something minor on my car, which they did wrong, I came into your store in a panic. I was a bit skeptical that a big organization like yours could have the talented workers who could do a car like mine well. But after talking with your VERY knowledgable service writers Grant and Jason, I decided to trust my Jaguar to you. I was very pleasantly surprised when they did the job perfectly, except for a little squeak in the brakes. And they did it in less than half the time I was told it would take from the specialty shop. I can't say enough great things about the way I was treated. And you are very lucky to have two great people like Grant and Jason working for you. Thank you again.

It was Sunday and I brought my truck in at 10:30 am to get an oil change and my tires rotated. When I arrived, the parking lot was packed so I figured it would take a while (which it did). As I finished with my transaction and gave the employee my keys, he told me my truck should be done around 2. I said okay and went on my way. It wasn't until around 3 pm that I decided to call and ask for an update since I did not hear from them about my truck. They told me that my truck would not be done until 4. I didn't arrive till 4:15 and my truck was still not done. I was told that it would only be 15-20 more minutes as they are waiting on an oil filter that came from somewhere else because they didn't have it in stock. As I wait about 10 min, I ask the employee a question on where the oil filters come from. The employee didn't seem like he understood my question and went into the garage to go ask someone else. As he comes back to answer my question, he tells me that he has to leave and go pick up the oil filter from another store and now that my truck will not be ready for even longer. It wasn't until 5 pm that my truck was ready. My issue with my visit is the poor time management that was showed at the establishment. I was needing to drive back down south to Santa Barbara and needed to do it in a timely manner, however, the delays held everything up and my schedule drastically changed.

As per usual Jason Burtis(and Sanjeev Pal, when he is there) took car of me and had my truck back fast and fixed in no time at all! I will not take my vehicles anywhere else!

Oil change took too long. I had an appointment, yet it took too long to complete the oil change. I dropped the car off at 10:22am. Was told it will be done in 3-4 hours. I called at 2:15pm, they said the car is not ready. Will be ready in about another hour. When I called at 3:15pm, they said oil change is done, but alignment check and other inspections weren't done and it would take another hour or more. I opted to forgo all other "included" services and get my car. No apology or discount was offered.

Jason provides excellent service.Big O is getting renowned for being a go to place for tires.This has resulted in the San Mateo Store getting very busy.Jason is increasingly difficult to initially contact, but once I get in front of him, his service and prices are excellent.

I came in for a rear brake job on a 1996 Chevy Silverado. The job started at 10:30 am and I was assured it was going to be done by 1 pm. The techs stopped work at 3:30 but the job was not done satisfactorily. When I got in the truck to drive away I instinctively pulled the emergency brake handle and the handle ended up in my hand! The tech broke it and never said anything to me. They also told me my emergency brake system is missing parts and that it is broken. Pulling a diagram of my brake system revealed no broken or missing parts of the e brake system. Your techs need better training and a lesson in integrity.

Jason in San Mateo was very friendly, courteous & helpful. He pointed me in the right direction for good tires at a good price. The shop was very busy but my service was done in less than 2 hours - very timely.

Not professional staff, I paid in full for a tire replacement, when my wife dropped the car next day, she was asked to pay again.

First time I had Sabrina as my service advisor. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and got my work done. Sanjeev, the store manager came over to say hello and to check in with me. I have been bringing my cars here for the last 15 years. They always exceed my expectations. You can trust them for fairly priced, top quality service.

Expect to be taken care 4- 6 hours after you brought your car to this place, extremely ridiculous. Ill never buy a 3 year alignment contract, service the worst

Jason set up my appointment within the next day and finished the service for all four tires and alignment before I could check on the status. I highly recommend their services. Ask for Jason and tell him "Ken" referred you. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again Jason!

the shop is poorly managed, staff don't update customer when they don't have the filter for my car in shop, I waited for 2 hours and had to ask by myself many times before they told me that they need to order the filter, and their supplier doesn't have it in stock either, but my car was already on the rack with new oil in the engine. I was the 2nd customer in line when the shop opened at 8am, I got my car at 12:25pm, for a simple oil change.

I took my car for oil change in the store. It was great experience for me. The store is very clean. The store manager and technician are very professional. I will do the business again in the star. Thank you for your great service!

This happened last January ,I had a flat tire and was going to buy a tire . They recommended to patch it . It was a relief but the same day , my hubcap came of . A survey like this from you CAME.... A manager called me , I sent him a picture as requested , he said he would replace it. Never heard from him after he said he would replace it.and I called so many times emailed him , went there. Like my incident never happened.

No trash can in restroom, so customers were throwing used paper towels on the floor. I had an appointment at 9am for car maintenance, service rep told me it would take about 3 hours to get it finished. I waited until 1:30PM only to find out that they were BARELY starting on my car and that i had to wait 2 more hours. No one gave me updates or notified me that they needed to order the parts and wait for its' arrival so they can start on my car. BAD COMMUNICATION SKILLS on their end.

Jason, as always was extraordinary. My jaguar needed servicing and had a vibration at freeway speed. Jason and staff were able to diagnose the problem and fixed it. The work was done quickly and at very fair pricing. He is my first choice when any of my cars (Jaguar XK, Aston Martin, and Lexus SC) have any issues.

My wife called for an appointment to get her tires rotated. She was told she did not need an appointment. So she took her car in and went to the back of the line and waited for her turn......................... It is tough waiting in a waiting room watching people come in after you with appointments get service first as you continue moving to the back of the line. I am happy it was not me.

The guys at Big O Tires definitely know their stuff. They are friendly and accommodating, and definitely look out for their customers well being. Got all 4 tires replaced and aligned in under 40 minutes. Sanjeev in particular was extremely hospitable to me.
