The call center did not let me make an appointment, and then, when I walked in, I was told that I should have made an appointment ahead of time (so that was frustrating). And then I was never called when my service was finished; I had to call the store to ask if my car was ready.

I use my vehicle to compete in autocross competitions regularly so the abuse my tires take is above average. I needed some last minute tire flipping / alignment and Big O Tires was able to deliver on all those services. The service staff understood my needs and had me out the door in reasonable amount of time. This was my first visit and as a result they have earned a repeat customer. Thanks Big O Tires, you will certainly continue to see me make appointments every few months to have some service done.

It was ok I picked up my car and it was scahched I went back in and told them and he said that someone will get back to me and as of the time of this email I still haven't heard back from anyone so you tell me

The guys were really friendly and helpful. They also didn't make me feel like I was a sucker walking through the door. I'll definitely be back to get the rest of the work needed done.

I made an appointment for 9am the next day. I gave my credit card for deposit along with all my information. When I arrived I was told that there was no appointment and that they didn't have the tires that I requested in stock. My wife thought it was a scam. I ended up leaving my car all day since they promised that they could get the tires by the afternoon. Of course the employee who first helped me was not there. Not very organized. I don't know if I can trust making another appointment.

I brought my car in because it was making a horrible noise. At first I was told it was going to be $1,250 to fix. When I came in to pay it was only $380. I asked why the difference. Jason told me they looked at the problem and realized they actually didn't need the part they thought. They could fix the problem without it. That is why I have been going to this Big O for years. They have always gone the extra mile for me and always provide amazing customer service, especially Sanjeev and Jason.

Long wait. Also have some doubts that the oil they put is full synthetic. They stated it is, but it looks like mineral oil, or semi-synthetic in the best case...

Sanjeev's always attentive to help me, excellent Costumere Service , cortgeous keeps me up to date what has my car need , thank you Big O for an excelent work, since I have my Acura always brought my car to Big O Tires is been 6 years, I really trust them

I have worked with Jason and Sanjeev for a number of years now. I have 2 Volvos, and have purchased 4 sets of tires for my cars from them. I have always received prompt, courteous service, and have recommended BIG O to my friends. (One friend saved $500.00)

Made appointment for 10AM, told them with tires I wanted. Got there 930am, I had to wait 2hrs to get tires in another city. They took car in, then they broke lug nut, then wanted me to pay $150. for the labor to fix it. As I sat waiting all I heard was them trying to sell more Service to the bill, and not only on my car. Every one that came in. That's what they were more concerned about, not fixings what they broke. I asked them to check tire sensors, wasn't done.

We've been bringing my car, my wife's car and our son's car to Jason and Sanjeve, for several years, now. Always happy. I trust them to always steer us in the right direction, for the maintenance and repairs of our cars.

I had made an online appointment for 4 wheel replacement at 1PM on Feb18. Though I was on time for the appointment, the 4 wheel change took close to 4 hours 30 mins. Also, I was surprised to know that they did not perform any of the other free check as promised and jumped to billing part directly . Only after my enquiry with the billing staff regarding the other free services, he took my car back and performed the alignment service. This took another 2 hours! Overall, I spent close to 6 hours at the store for just 4 wheel change and alignment fix. Definitely, this isn't the reason I chose BigOTires!

Jason was the point of contact when I ordered the special sized tire. Delivery date was right on target as qouted. Sanjeeb notified me when the tire I ordered have arrived, on the same day I able to bring the car to the shop and do the work on the spot. Well there was 1 hour wait as there were 5 people ahead of me. It actually excellent time as I do not have appointment. All in all I was out of there with in an hour. Keep up the good work!!! Forget to mention Roberto even though still on training did a good job helping me as I walk in the reception area.

I ordered my tires, and set up my appointment online. I got to the store at 0850 am for a 9 am tire installation. There was one person in the store to greet customers, and he was on the phone in an extended conversation. At about 9 am , I was able to talk with the representative. He confirmed my order, vehicle etc and advised me that the job would be done soon. I went away to breakfast and came back in an hour. My vehicle wasn't even on the rack! Eventually my vehicle was returned to me at 1130 am, with a different tire than I had ordered. Apparently somebody had forgotten to hire the tire I had chosen! Isn't it common practice to check with a customer before something like that is done? What if I wouldn't accept the substitute tire? Nothing was mentioned about the tire differences until I noticed the difference. When questioned , the representative said " Oh Yeah, I had to upgrade your tire to a Mesa HT, cause nobody ordered the Yokohama Tour S. It's a better tire than the one you ordered." Not too normal.. Inferior service, and surroundings. I'll probably never go back to Big O

I had a flat on my work car a month ago. Found that Big O was close by and local, so I thought I would try them out. Outstanding and friendly staff. Well trained in product knowledge and point of sale specials. Enjoyed the experience so much that I will recommend to friends and know I have piece of mind with my two vehicles.

Booked an appointment online for two vehicles on separate days. Appointment did not seem to matter as it appeared everything was done a first come, first serve basis. Waited over two hours the first day for an alignment check. Once checked, it took ten minutes to fix it. At least the representative was polite and explained the process. The second day, the representative was rude and did not explain anything. Did not offer free alignment and more interested in selling me on services than providing customer service. He was rude, dismissive and demeaning. Again, it took almost two hours despite having an appointment. No explanation other than telling me the alignment was off and told me that I wanted it corrected rather than asking if I wanted to proceed with the alignment. I got my car back and it had grease stains on my pillar and visor.

Dissapointed with the lenght of time it took to replace tyre. Also, no road hazard warranty. Will be buying my next tires elsewhere.
