I made my apt the day before and when I got there and dropped my car for an oil change, Esther gave me a call and said I had a nail in an unpatchable tire and another bald one. and was able to help me pick out some great new tires!

Gary the service manager provided absolute great service to me and my car. He was utmost professional and provided best customer care. Fast and friendly!!! Definitely 5+++++ stars service center!!!!!

The employees are friendly, the service is fast, and they make the whole process pretty easy.

Stephanie was amazing. I went to another company and got two bad tires, she got me in promptly, identified an additional problem I needed to address and had me on the road the next day. She was friendly, efficent and courteous and made a challenging time easier!

I came in for the first time a week ago to this location. The woman manager she said her name was Stephanie helped me out. I told her I wanted 2 tires to match the sumitomos on my car. My car is awd. She told me she had to order tires for the next day. I arrived the next day and I hear her scrambling to order my tires and ultimately found out she never ordered my tires. I then was told by her it was ok to mis matched the tires on my awd car. After calling the dealership they did agreeded. I filed a complaint she reached out to me and offered me a discount on the tires installed but wouldn't return them. After filing many complaints to big o alonzo reached out to me scheduled me a appointment the next day swapped the tires for me and had me out in a hour with the sumitomos. Then I found out Alonzo was the manager for the location not her? He even called me at 5pm that night to ask me about the quality of service and I've since then removed my negative reviews
