Making the appointment was easy. A staff member called me to get more information and allowed me to ask questions. At the appointment, the staff member was very friendly and informative. Service was done quickly. Overall this was a very pleasant experience.

Gary the service manager provided absolute great service to me and my car. He was utmost professional and provided best customer care. Fast and friendly!!! Definitely 5+++++ stars service center!!!!!

Well they are able to handle my requests quickly, at a good price, and the location is good. Customer service was outstanding. I live far way and it’s tough to get back without my cat, so I really appreciate that they can get it done within minutes sometimes.

Good and helpful staff

Initially the tires I wanted were in stock when I was told that they were via the online store. Once in the store, Miles, was friendly and apologetic about the mix up. He reviewed some other options with me and I ended up picking tires which were less expensive with the same mileage warrant and were in stock. Miles offered buy 3, get 1 free for the inconvenience. The other two employees in the front were professional and helpful too.

Mo was extremely helpful. I have been a Big O customer for many years and his help on my last visit was outstanding. Give him a gold star AND a raise.

I made my apt the day before and when I got there and dropped my car for an oil change, Esther gave me a call and said I had a nail in an unpatchable tire and another bald one. and was able to help me pick out some great new tires!
