We had a very good experience. The mechanic was very helpful and friendly. Only that we waited longer than the time promised.

These guys set the gold standard for honest mechanics. The only problem is that everyone else figured out that they know what they are doing and aren't crooks so it is constantly jammed there. They need a bigger place

I was disappointed that the tire price advertised on your website was not the actual price. When I received the estimate at the store I realized that the prices were different. The website needs to reflect the actual prices. Other than that, I was happy with the service. Donna McCurdy

I'm so grateful they tested my battery, which didn't pass. I now have a new battery with a 5 year warranty and don't have to worry about getting into a car that won't start.

We have always used Big-O in San Mateo,CA for ALL our vehicle's needs. Breaks, tune-ups, oil changes, new tires, you name it, jason and his crew have provided excellent service in a very friendly and professional manner. Give him a pay raise, don't lose him.

Came in to the shop and was greeted with a great smile and that most definitely will make feel great!!!!! Request an oil change and tires rotate and immediately ask me for my key and let me know that it was going get done ASAP...I love it.. sit back and enjoy the waiting room and watch sports Soon my car was done and was explain what was done to my car...also they noticed that my front wipers were cleanin good and according to the records on the computer they replaced them few months before and they replaced them under warranty and there was no charge That to me it's very important that show me how important my car is and I do value a lot this shop and most definitely I trust them... they definitely are dedicated to service in taking care of the clients and they definitely have eat my trust.. Employees need to take some time to review each customer's needs. For ex: I needed a tire installed and it had to be ordered. I waited 2 hours in the lobby and to their surprise my tire wasn't in yet. I had to come back an hr later and get it installed. If the employee had double checked what I was in for. He wouldn't have had me there sitting for nothing. However, I did appreciate how quick they were on my return to install my tire. I was out of there in less than 4-5 minutes.

This place takes it's customer service to a new level. They have created a culture of taking care of their customers that many other companies have let slide. Thank you for taking the time to do the little things right!

The customer service guy was great and knowledgeable. I waited for 2 hours though for a patch on my tire, which was fine, but I lost my hubcap. Whoever the person was , did not secure it well. So I am missing a hubcap.

I've been a customer of this Big-O for about 10 years, as I recall. That would be at least 4 different cars. I don't remember what first brought me to this location, other than being somewhat close to home. They quickly became my go-to, where I trust for car service. All the cars I bring in (except for 1) have been purchased new, yet I have come to rely on the service I get here beyond what should be dependable from dealership service departments. All the new cars I've purchased have included basic dealership service plans for the first few years, but for service outside those plans, I prefer to bring my cars here for issues not covered or under mfg. warranty. In fact, when I have a service issue under dispute with a dealership service department, I bring it here to get a more reliable explanation. There have been a few occasions that I have pushed for warranty repair at a dealership based on the evidence provided by service at this Big-O. Jason and Sanjeev run a tight ship, and I definitely appreciate the trusting rapport we have built over the years. I don't think twice to regularly recommend the reliability of this Big-O for service, maintenance, repair, and tires.

Not really good time management and wasn't told correct time when my car would be ready.

I have been going here for auto service for over 6 years. Why, I always feel that Jason, the manager; and Sanjeev, the assistant manager have my best interests in mind. They give me recomendations and choices that make sense for the issue I have. They are very fair in pricing and get the job done right the first time. Best of all, when I overhear them with other customers; they exhibit the same behavior whether some one new or a long time client. They are always the first place I go for my Lincoln, Jaguar, and Lexus.

I called around for tire quotes, this place was far the most cheapest, and more bang for the buck. I am very glad to come across this location. The service was great, i had made an appointment couple days prior, ( I was late, and they still accommodated me!) they understood the time frame was important for me and the window was short and was still able to get me in and out in 20 mins. Great service all around

I had to wait 5 and a half hours to have my tires replaced and there was only one set that I could choose from that would be available to me on that day.

First time coming here for a tire rotation and oil change. This facility was great! I will come back now on instead of my usual place if they continue to have excellent customer care. Note: Not the same for Redwood City. They were not pleasant on the phones.
