I've brought my wife's car in before, but this is the first I brought my car in and the crew was awesome! I chatted it up with the manager and I was very impressed with his interest in maintaining quality for his customers. I'm bringing my car back here for sure. Only complaint is that you are so good, is that you are too busy. 3 hour wait for a simple oil change because your reputations is that good. Keep up the good work, but expand so you can have more lifts.

Had to get fixed what was already paid for a month ago.

I was in from out of town and with an urgent need to have my car looked at. The service at this Big Os was very professional and they worked to get my car looked quickly so I could continue on with my vacation.

I walked in and was greeted in a friendly manner and was advised upon diagnosis that I was told I needed two tires and they provided a free alignment. The manager was training a brand new employee and I was struck with his patience and explanations to the employee from her questions. The manager listened attentively and to me that is a an important quality for any successful manager

Before I bought 8 tires for my cars, I shopped around. One discount store told me that I had to get 135+ mph rated tires for my car (I travel at 65 mph). One store wouldn't discount their price. When I left, they followed me out to the parking lot, then offered to discount. I called Jason and Sanjeev at Big O. They gave a good price, and a reasonable delivery time. A lot of small business' depend upon word of mouth. I have recommended Jason and his team to my friends (as well as to my mechanic), and all have been happy with the result.
