Deliver Within an hour for the oil change; then identified low in battery life. So, I got it replaced. Thanks for finding the problems early onto save me a trip down the road.

Would have been all 5 Stars - I've been to this Big O several times. First - my name is Joe, NOT Gerald! Second, my car that I brought in for a new set of tires was incorrectly recoded at 127 000 miles, when in fact the vehicle has 120 000 miles. I'm pretty sure this would affect my tire warranty - now I must revisit and have the mileage corrected! Not to say it's an inconvenience - BUT it's an inconvenience! Pay attention to the small details, because it the small stuff that iratates and infuriates good customers such as myself!

I had a flat tire and they got me in right away and I had my car back within two hours. This was great since they were slammed with people and it was almost Christmas. I really appreciated them accommodating me.

For major service, expect to leave vehicle there all day...their completion time esitmates are not aways accurate
