I made an appointment for 11am and left with my car, post-oil change, around 2PM. I understand that this was on a Saturday, but come on. Manage your customers and your available technicians!

It's all about the tires. The treatment was Ok. (for a man) For my wife? It would have been, shall we say, "not so good." Long wait in the showroom. A lot of confusion around the computer and the actual work order. Still confused at pick-up time. Anyway. Tires mounted, no vibration all the way home, so they were balanced. Truck stopped nicely. (Rear brakes re-lined) and it steered nicely. (Aligned) We'll see how they wear. Final product a "10". Getting their, an "8". A little more customer service in-servicing maybe?

In general, very pleased with service. Wait can be a little long and I often get the feeling I'm being sold services I may not (immediately) need.

I live in San Francisco but prefer your Big O because I think you are knowledgable and have given good advice and service. However the system for setting up a tire rotation needs to be improved. On several occasions I've either been told just to come in or that I needed an appointment, only to find when I arrived, including this time, that my name wasn't in the system (that is that whoever told me they were making the appointment really didn't). I bought my tires there and have routinely come in for rotations. I'd like to know, because it takes about 40 minutes for me to get there, that when I'm told I have an appointment, I really do. I understand that because tire rotation is free it's not high priority, but I've got to believe that a workable system for setting it up for customers would work better for everyone.

I've been going to Jason for 4-5 years now. Always happy with the service.

Service done to the car was great, however I come first early in morning but my car was serviced at least third. I went home after I had waited for more than an hour. My car was ready in about 11 am. I think 3 hours is too much time for oil change and alignment check.

I will be back for more service. I like the people who work for you
