I brought my car in because it was making a horrible noise. At first I was told it was going to be $1,250 to fix. When I came in to pay it was only $380. I asked why the difference. Jason told me they looked at the problem and realized they actually didn't need the part they thought. They could fix the problem without it. That is why I have been going to this Big O for years. They have always gone the extra mile for me and always provide amazing customer service, especially Sanjeev and Jason.

After driving by twice at different times on 7-30 and seeing your lot full, I tried one last time before heading back home to SF and it was less full so I took a chance and came in for a rotation. It was done quickly and I was advised that my rear brakes were 4-5 and would probably need replacing the next time I came in. Although I was tempted to get it done right then, Sanjev told me honestly that I could wait awhile more so I will...but because of his honesty, I intend to make an appointment with you guys to do it when the time comes. Just as I've been a loyal customer, I have appreciated your service and straightforward advice. And it was nice to see you now have a woman as part of your team.
