As always I'm satisfied with the friendly customer service, they are helpful guys and seem pretty knowledgeable .There's been a decline in the waiting Room area, things could be spruced up a bit to make the long wait little more pleasant. New chairs could be nice in the waiting area.... the bathroom was pretty filthy. Overall experience was good.

This is my second set of Big O tires. The recently replaced tires were on my car for 8 years That kind of quality I like. That is why I returned. I also liked the quick availability of the right tires and the fact they readily checked my tires free of charge twice when the tire pressure light went on. I will continue to use BigO tires.

I was helped by a couple of associates. Dante helped get me scheduled and asked about tire information. The second associate took care of me upon arrival, oversaw the inspection of my tire and recommended a tire repair was the best course of action as opposed to new tires.

The day before I was contacted by Big O to talk through what would happen. The tyres I ordered on line were not available but the staff member called me back and offered a suitable alternative. The staff member on the day was extremely polite and professional.

Great service. I trust that they dont do anything to my car that doesnt need to be done or without my signature first. Did a lot of maintenance so they gave me a discount and I used a groupon so it didnt hurt my wasp let too much.

I found the online appointment system quite user-friendly. However, upon arriving at the site, I discovered that the tires I had ordered weren't available. Thankfully, Stephanie, the associate, was very helpful. She managed to find similar tires for me and even gave me an estimated time for installation.
