Big O Tires

I was at Big O this past week and, as usual, was given an update on repairs that my 2007 Infiniti would need.I always appreciate their prompt, outstanding service.The remodeled interior is beautiful.Customers finally have a wonderful place to wait while their cars are being serviced.

My husband and I only take our vehicles for service to Big O Tires. They work hard on your car and make sure the job is completed in a timely manner. Thank you for putting your customers first.

I have complete confidence in the people at Big O to keep my car in exceptional condition. They check everything and answer all my questions. Everyone is very polite and the service is superb.

I finally received a confirmation of my appointment that I requested on the day of the appointment but before that I called to ask - the tech at the store didn't see my appointment but somehow it "popped up" as I was on the phone with him. Then it turned out the tires I requested weren't available despite your website saying they were. Thankfully the technician (Cameron) was able to order tires that would fit the car - he ordered them Saturday, they showed up Monday morning and got the work done that day. In the end everything worked out rather well but the experience from the website was not good - inventory was incorrect, information doesn't seem to be getting from the website to your stores' systems.

Big O is not just for tires! My vehicle stopped working while at a stop sign. I had it towed to Big O. The guys were great. Upon diagnosis, the problem was explained, fixed and completed within a few hours. I trust the team at Big O and highly recommend the shop.

Alonzo provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and he made me feel like a valued customer. He is a true asset to the company.

I always feel that Jason and his staff are giving me good honest advice and never try to upsell me. He is very careful about giving advice that maybe a conflict of interest. They have always done a wonderful job taking care of my car. My only complaint is that they're too busy!

I had a 9:00 am appointment for full service on my car. Forty minutes later I was out of there. I'm very happy with Big O!

There's no question that ranking higher than your competitors is a must. My visit for an oil change last Saturday (01-02-16) appointment and service was as schedulled.
