Big O Tires

I was in from out of town and with an urgent need to have my car looked at. The service at this Big Os was very professional and they worked to get my car looked quickly so I could continue on with my vacation.

Good attitude, order quickly, tire replacement skills also good.

I walked in and was greeted in a friendly manner and was advised upon diagnosis that I was told I needed two tires and they provided a free alignment. The manager was training a brand new employee and I was struck with his patience and explanations to the employee from her questions. Before I bought 8 tires for my cars, I shopped around. One discount store told me that I had to get 135+ mph rated tires for my car (I travel at 65 mph). One store wouldn't discount their price. When I left, they followed me out to the parking lot, then offered to discount. I called Jason and Sanjeev at Big O. They gave a good price, and a reasonable delivery time. A lot of small business' depend upon word of mouth. I have recommended Jason and his team to my friends (as well as to my mechanic), and all have been happy with the result.

As always I'm satisfied with the friendly customer service, they are helpful guys and seem pretty knowledgeable .There's been a decline in the waiting Room area, things could be spruced up a bit to make the long wait little more pleasant. New chairs could be nice in the waiting area.... the bathroom was pretty filthy. Overall experience was good.

This is my second set of Big O tires. The recently replaced tires were on my car for 8 years That kind of quality I like. That is why I returned. I also liked the quick availability of the right tires and the fact they readily checked my tires free of charge twice when the tire pressure light went on. I will continue to use BigO tires.

These guys set the gold standard for honest mechanics. The only problem is that everyone else figured out that they know what they are doing and aren't crooks so it is constantly jammed there. They need a bigger place

I'm so grateful they tested my battery, which didn't pass. I now have a new battery with a 5 year warranty and don't have to worry about getting into a car that won't start.

Came in to the shop and was greeted with a great smile and that most definitely will make feel great!!!!! Request an oil change and tires rotate and immediately ask me for my key and let me know that it was going get done ASAP...I love it.. sit back and enjoy the waiting room and watch sports Soon my car was done and was explain what was done to my car...also they noticed that my front wipers were cleanin good and according to the records on the computer they replaced them few months before and they replaced them under warranty and there was no charge That to me it's very important that show me how important my car is and I do value a lot this shop and most definitely I trust them... they definitely are dedicated to service in taking care of the clients and they definitely have eat my trust.. Great service. I trust that they dont do anything to my car that doesnt need to be done or without my signature first. Did a lot of maintenance so they gave me a discount and I used a groupon so it didnt hurt my wasp let too much.
