I’ve had ups and downs at this specific shop but it’s turned around for me. I love the attention to detail and honesty the associates have. I’m in retail management and don’t like being sold to. I like being educated and told what’s needed if there is a problem.

Cameron and Jason helped me. They are great employees they did a great job and they had patience with me.

The latest visit is only for a simple tire repair. They schedule me immediately, did the repair in an hour and charge me nothing. What else I can ask for. Great job.

We needed a battery. The car stopped dead two blocks from Big O and they knew it was simply a warranty battery. They sent a technician to jump the car and drive it to Big O. They installed a new battery for the dead warranty battery. They made no $$ on this but they went above and beyond for us and didn't make dime one They did make us customers for life. The best tire-auto store in the county

I never feel like I'm being upsold at Big-O. Jason and Sanjeev have always been totally up front with me and made recommendations I know had to be done. I always trust my cars with them 100%.

I've brought my wife's car in before, but this is the first I brought my car in and the crew was awesome! I chatted it up with the manager and I was very impressed with his interest in maintaining quality for his customers. I'm bringing my car back here for sure. Only complaint is that you are so good, is that you are too busy. 3 hour wait for a simple oil change because your reputations is that good. Keep up the good work, but expand so you can have more lifts.
