Great Customer service. I spoke with Alejandro perez the day before and we discussed the difference between the tires that I had pre-selected. He mentioned the Michelin sale program and that happened to be one of the tires that I was interested in. I made the appointment. The following day Alonzo Thurman helped me since Alejandro was off. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and well spoken. I also, opened up a credit account. My car was exactly on time and waiting in front for me when I came to pick it up.

Excellent service. I have purchased 4 sets of tires from them, and am not disappointed.

Mom needed new tires for her car, current tire was missing a chunk of rubber. I have been using this store to maintain my cars and have always been satisfied. After my dad shopped around for replacements, i went on the Big O website and located the tires he wanted which were listed i bit cheaper. Based on my past service experience with this store I recommended her come down and get his tires from them. he called the store and got an appointment for the following day; was told to arrive at noon as the tires needed to be ordered. Parents drove the 40 miles from their house to get the new tires at the San Mateo store.

Sanjeev was very helpful. Recommended a good alternative to my existing but worn out Michelins.
