The car was ready on time, and all services were properly performed.

As an elderly woman with mobility issues, I appreciated the extra effort the staff at Big O in San Mateo took to make my visit as comfortable as possible.

I was helped by a couple of associates. Dante helped get me scheduled and asked about tire information. The second associate took care of me upon arrival, oversaw the inspection of my tire and recommended a tire repair was the best course of action as opposed to new tires.

We needed a battery. The car stopped dead two blocks from Big O and they knew it was simply a warranty battery. They sent a technician to jump the car and drive it to Big O. They installed a new battery for the dead warranty battery. They made no $$ on this but they went above and beyond for us and didn't make dime one They did make us customers for life. The best tire-auto store in the county
