Big O Tires

Have been to the Big O tires for my wifes suv and my truck both times we got great deals on tires staff is great and they have great attitudes. Just not trying to sell you anything.

The check-in process was very easy and streamlined. Communication was good. I knew what to expect and my vehicle was ready in a timely manner.

Very fast with the work done on my car

I'm in here a lot with four vehicles; besides tires, shocks and brakes, these guys do oil changes and just generally keep me on my toes and on the road!

I've been a Big O Tire customer for many years. But, to me, the local staff really makes the company special. My service tech was James J. I needed a brake job for my 2006 Chevy Colorado. As it turned out I needed tire, too. In addition to going over the potential work, James also checked out the Big O Tire discounts, too. These discounts helped bring down the cost which I greatly appreciated. The other great part of buying Big O Tire products is the company warranty. Thank you, James, and Big O Tire's.

We always use BigO for our vehicle services. Saturday morning we had 2 cars in for service and were, as always, extremely happy with our experience.

Although it took 3 times to completely rectify the issue with my after market sway bars, the staff did their best and kept me apprised of what needed to be done. Also, they did not charge for the third trip, the one this order number is concerned with, because the bushings should have been greased when the item was installed, on the second trip, but they weren't. So they finished the grease job on this third trip without charge.
