Big O Tires

My car still handles like a dream. New tires are always great. Replacing power steering pump eliminated the squeaky noise from turning. Didnt know Big O provided other services besides tire replacement. They also changed out the front windshield wipers and the cabin air filter.They got my car in and out promptly.

My work needed was a nail in my tire and a light on in the dashboard that was an issue. So they fixed it, and because I had bought my tires it was free. YEAH!

Great fast service and communication. Reasonably priced. They were able to inspect my vehicle right away and inform me of issue. Will come again and recommend.

I brought my Dad in that had miraculously arrived from a 1100 mile trip with a side wall bubble that needed to be addressed. On his way to Big O he hit a curb and his another tire blew out. They thoroughly checked all 4 tires and discovered a small side wall bubble on a third. They checked all of the rims to make sure there was not damage, replaced (3) tires and re-aligned. Was very appreciative that they focused on safety but didn't try and upsell. I have always had good experiences there.

Recently moved to SC and now serviced my Mini here as it needed an oil change. Friendly and really helpful staff. Overall excellent experience.
