Chris was straightforward, patient, and fast with a quote, and was cool when I asked to drop my car off the night before to save a morning trip. He even rotated the tires for free because they weren't out of line enough to warrant paying the 70 extra bucks. Was a much smoother experience than I expected, getting my tires changed for the first time on my first personally-owned vehicle. Happy farming ;)
