I took my car in for alignment after changing out the suspension at home. Had a great experience and the shop was able to take care of it within a matter of a couple hours. The final report was extremely helpful as well. Great customer service and wouldn't hesitate to take my car back again!

Everyone was very helpful, courteous, and service was fast and efficient. Couldn't have asked for more.

They tried to patch the tire where the nail was, but found another gash with a very slow leak that was irreparable. They physically showed me everything and discussed the pros/cons for getting a new tire now or driving around with the current one, rather than just telling what I should do. Greatly appreciate that approach. Will be back!

I've been a customer of Big O Novato, CA for several years and have always experienced professional, knowledgeable and excellent customer service - whether purchasing new tires or needing "just in time" tire repair. Most recently, I was heading out of town for a trip to So. CA when my tire pressure gauge glowed orange. I stopped into Big O where Jonathan took care of me right away - located a nail in my tire, completed the repair had me back on the road within 25 minutes. Friendly and professional, his special care made a major difference in my arriving in So, CA for several important meetings. I'm always been well informed regarding the service and timelines, which have always been met. Thanks to the Big O Novato team!

My dealership told me I had a screw in my tire and it registered at 8 lbs pressure only-- they put more air in it and said it was not repairable and they couldn't help me )probably because it was too close to closing time. I had to choose where else to go where they'd have enough time to work on it before closing. I decided to go to Big O in Novato. They checked things out, did all the work and replaced 2 tires all in less than 30 minutes. I'm very impressed and so grateful. Thank you!!

Very helpful. Came to have tires checked because of light indicator for low tires. I have had nails in my tires before. They checked it out and fill my tires. No charge. I have my tires checked and buy the them there. Great service.
