We discovered a puncture while on a road trip. We found a Big O and went there. They fixed the tire on warranty while we waited. Saved the day for us.

They did a great job patching a hole in a tire left by a screw and then rotating the tires per the regular maintenance schedule.

I was greeted right away, even though there was a person being helped one of the techs (Johnathan) stepped in right away to help so I didn't have to wait. He explained everything and listened to my concerns about needing my car right away. He definitely went above-and-beyond to make sure I was happy with the work and time it was going to take.

They were very professional and was able to identify a whining noise in my Driver/shaft support bearing. Rotation, Alignment, brake check out perfectly. Recommend Big O if you are in the Novato area
