I have been going to Big O for over 15 years. Jorge, and everyone there have always gone above and beyond with their service.

I've been a customer at Big O since 1984 and have had nothing but stellar service the entire time. My local novato Big O is nothing but the best in all aspects of service and quality. I am always astounded with my interactions with the Novato location and consider myself lucky that I have a store so close to me.

I was satisfied with everything I experienced. Johnny and his team were very professional and friendly.

Came in for free tire rotation. I did not have an appointment. Was promptly greeted by an employee who said someone would be with me soon. Second employee helped me soon after. He gave me an estimated time of one hour. As I was walking back after 45 minutes I received a phone call that my car was ready.

As always every time I go in there, I get such a great service. Twice I been lately because I had a leak on my tire and they were able to patch it... I waited there not long.. they are very friendly. Thank you guys .
